Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates We offer free standard shipping on all US orders over $50. Orders under $50 are charged a flat shipping rate, calculated at checkout.

Delivery Time Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days after your order has been processed. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or events outside our control.

Shipping Carriers We ship via USPS or UPS depending on your location. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is on its way.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Lost or Stolen Packages LEIUMA is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package is lost in transit, please contact us at hello@leiuma.com and we will do our best to assist you.

Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. LEIUMA is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
